to tell us what you thought. There couldn't have been more buzz or excitement in anticipation of the new year with a full house of 140 feasting on the NYE Set Dinner at RED SoHo. While they tucked into an exquisite 5-course menu that included lobster tail, Barbary duck breast with foie gras and champagne risotto, each patron was asked to write down their New Year's resolution on a piece of paper. After the stroke of midnight, our resident DJ did the honours by reading out the various resolutions randomly.
Of course the night wasn't just about setting new ambitions - it was really about good fun! And fun it was in a completely unabashed way, thanks to our infamous Vodka Ice Slide!! As the countdown approached, the focus turned to the floor as helium balloons flew around the room and when the New Year rang in, several fortunate customers caught our lucky balloons with a surprise of a $500 RED SoHo dining voucher inside. Happy 2010 indeed - let the good times roll! |
