to tell us what you thought. It was a huge turnout of support for this fundraising night for Mother's Choice - over 130 people in total. While everyone enjoyed drinks with mini-burgers, pigs in a blanket, and chicken filets, it was the silent auction that captivated all eyes. Besides decadent items up for bid such as a one-year massage package and 4 nights at a lavish 5-star resort in Phuket, there were some incredible sporting memorabilia from the UK and Hong Kong - an image of The Beatles and Muhammad Ali, personally signed by Ali!
Things became not so silent when the dance performances kicked in. Those not officially 'on the floor' were more than happy to gather around and cheer on, some spectators naturally got into the swing of things. An evening for a good cause but most definitely one of great fun as well. |
