to tell us what you thought. In the heat of the night, the hottest ticket in town had more than 350 people celebrating the opening of RED SoHo. At the entrance, guests were met with a congenial greeting line of staff carrying trays of drinks - champagne, wine, cocktails and spirits. Once inside, it was pretty much shoulder-to-shoulder standing-room-only, as PURE teachers, instructors and fans rubbed shoulders with socialites, celebrities and the city's most dynamic It-boys & girls. DJ Gruv did his thing on the decks, spinning an ambience that got everyone in the mood and in the groove.
RED SoHo staff mingled like old pros amongst the high-flyers, tantalising the crowd with tray upon tray of gorgeous canapés - massive prawn cocktail, delicate oyster shooters, spicy chicken quesadillas, spoonfuls of sweet scallop ceviche, and mini-burgers so succulent they may as well have been au jus. As the alcohol kept flowing, so did the smiles and jovial conversation that floated across the room. And when the doors officially opened to the public at 10pm, more guests poured in to heighten the commemorative atmosphere.
